How to Order:
Make your selection by entering the quantity you wish to order in the field provided by the item
then click the "Add to Cart" button. Your selection will be added to your shopping cart.
You may return to the shopping cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" link at the top of each page.

When you are ready to pay:
Click the "Check Out" button on the shopping cart page or the "Check Out" link at the top of each page.
You will be prompted to login.
If you have created an account on our website before please enter the email address and password you used at
that time and click the "login" button.
If you have created an account before, but do not remember your password, fill in your email address and click
the link beside "Forgotten your password?". You password will be emailed to you immediately.
If you have not created an account before, but would like to, click the "register" button. You will be prompted for
your billing information. When that is completed, click the "Continue to Account Verification" button. To complete
the login process click the "Auto Log on" link.
If you would rather purchase as a "guest" and not create an account; click the "Click here to buy as a guest, no
account required" link. You will be prompted for your billing information. When that is completed click the
"Continue to Address Verification" button. To complete the login process click the "Click here to auto log on and
continue" link.
A page showing your shopping cart items with your billing address as your delivery address will be displayed. If you wish to ship to a different location, please make any changes necessary. Then click the "Continue to Shipping Options" button. If you get an invalid zip code error at this point; please check your zip code to be sure it is correct.
NOTE: If your zip code is correct but you continue to receive the invalid zip code error, it is probably because your computer is unable to access the USPS website to verify the zip code. Please call and we can take your order by phone or email us with your phone number and we will be happy to return your call. Or you can try to process the order again in a few minutes.
A page showing your shopping cart items and your shipping options will be displayed. Please choose your shipping option. Then click the "Proceed to the Secure Payment Process" button.
A confirmation screen showing your total charge including shipping (and sales tax if applicable) will be displayed. If everything is correct please confirm your order by filling in your credit card information. Then click the "Proceed to the Secure Payment Process" button.
If you setup an account, a receipt will be delivered immediately to the e-mail address you provided.

If you prefer:
You may place your order by email or USPS mail.
Use our shopping cart to collect all the products you want to order.
Continue through the Check Out process until you have the shipping and tax (if applicable) added to your order.
Then simply print the page to mail your order to us.
Be sure to include your credit card information
(name on card, billing and shipping address, credit card number, CVS code, and expiration date).

All U.S. orders under $75 are a flat $5

Canada and International Shipping
Shipping is based on weight and destination.
Wholesale Domestic Shipping
All U.S. Wholesale orders under $150 are a flat $5
All U.S. Wholesale orders $150 or more ship FREE!
Customer is responsible for taxes and duties (if applicable) on International orders.
We are not responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit. We are also not responsible for replacing orders that are scanned by the Post Office as "Delivered." If your package was marked as delivered and you do not have it, please check with neighbors and ask your mail carrier. If they do not have it, the next step is calling USPS and filing a claim for mail theft. This is a serious offense and if someone is stealing your mail they need to be aware of this.
We are always happy to assist you with locating your orders and helping you file claims. Please do not hesitate to email or call us and we will be happy to help in any way we can. Please be aware, when tracking a package, we can only see the same information you can see. If you need additional information on a package "stuck" in transit, your best course of action is to contact USPS.
If your order was shipped Priority and a file needs to be claimed, we will need to initiate that. Please let us know and we will start the process immediately.
